Acting Out

I love how Jesus reached past the first and second row to the ones who would not even dare to touch the hem of His robe.  He demonstrates loving the untouchables, over and over again. 

In Acts we see the disciples preaching the Good News, trying to bring the Living Water to thirsty souls. They are promptly rejected and we see them shaking the dust of their sandals,  going to the Gentiles.

Leaders need followers.

I hardly recognize these bold courageous fellows!  These are the same knuckleheads who could hardly understand that Jesus was who He said He was.
And in Acts we find them so passionate....witnesses....ministering to the Gentiles, the second string, so hungry and so thankful.

That my friends, is the power of the Holy Spirit.
